Located in the New Papago Parkway suburb of Scottsdale between McKellips and McDowell just South of Skysong ASU Innovation Center. Easy access to the 101, Tempe/ASU, and the Sky Harbor Airport.
Our refreshing custom pool can be heated for a nominal fee of $75/night or $400/wk. Please communicate & pay this request at least 72 hours in advance of your stay.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
Property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
