There is a fabulous coffee shop in the building, fast food chains next door and a bunch of shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood is trendy, eclectic, full of students and young entrepreneurs. Nearby Woodstock showcases bespoke African designer goods. There is a mashy golf course close-by.
We have a dedicated parking bay underground in the parking garage with easy lift access to your apartment.
If you do not have your own car, we recommend Uber as a fast, easy way to get around Cape Town - they will collect you from the front door of the block, you can order form your apartment.
