If you're just passing through Madrid, Opera Gym is a great choice as it offers daily passes: one (€8), three (€21) or ten days (check price).

Open: Mon-Fri, 06:45am-23:00pm; Sat, Sun and Bank Holidays, 11:00am-16:00pm.
