Gay Lyon

Gay Lyon is the 2nd most gay friendly city in France after Paris! The gay life is particularly, with lots of gay bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, as well as gay saunas and cruising bars for all tastes. These gay places are mostly concentrated around Place des Terreaux and the lower slopes of the Croix-Rousse, between the Saone and the Rhone rivers.

But Lyon knows how to celebrate all year long, with world class events like the dance or contemporary art « biennales », large exhibitions, and the festival of Lights every year around December 8, attracting several million visitors.
