Paris Tel Aviv cheap: Easyjet will compete with Transavia

After Transavia in 2014, a new low-cost airline will open direct flights from Paris to Tel Aviv, one of the favorite destinations of European gay travelers: starting March 30, 2015, Easyjet will operate 3 flights per week between Charles de Gaulle Airport and Ben Gurion Airport.

The cheapest fares, offered on these flights operated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, are announced from 69 euros. And indeed, while reservations are already open, the best prices found are a Paris Tel Aviv round trip at 70 euros on July 18, 2015 and a return at 69 euros between Tel Aviv and Paris on July 22.

Around the 2015 Tel Aviv Gay Pride, the main gay event in Tel Aviv, on June 12, an Easyjet return flight is offered (today 16/12/14) at around 225 euros against 240 euros for Transavia (or 450 euros for Air France).

Easyjet already operated direct flights from London, Rome, Geneva or Berlin to Tel Aviv.
