I grew up in Flint/ Detroit, MI, USA, right on the Canadian border. I have lived in Spain since 2013. I have taught English as a second language here, but my real passion is food and wine. I teach Spanish cooking to tourists in my home. I love sharing my interest in Spanish food and wine with visitors. I enjoy going out for drinks and tapas and would be happy to show you some of my favorite spots in Madrid if time allows. I'm not Spanish but I would love to share aspects of Spanish culture that I've learned in my time here. Also happy to share my African American culture as well.
