Bienvenue chez Douglas
If you can believe it, my childhood was spent on a little fish farm in Keo, a Southern town of 226 people in the geographical center of Arkansas . If you’re wondering where exactly that is, it’s 25 miles South-East of Little Rock. It’s worth a drive out. Charlotte’s Eats and Sweets and shopping at The Orchards are regional favorite destinations. After college in Dallas and Indiana, where I studied Philosophy, and graduate school, where I studied Social Work, in New Orleans, I moved back to Little Rock in 2003. I started my own property restoration and rental business with Lee, my best friend and partner in life for the past 29 years.
Lee and I enjoy great food and traveling. Though our travel has been somewhat curtailed due to the pandemic, we have been fortunate to be able to travel in our RV to local and regional state and private parks. We love being on the water every chance we get.
We are passionate about historic preservation, reading, art, movies, great food and any kind of music. We value meditation and spirituality and believe that Humanity is at it’s very best when we learn to empathetically co-exist.
We live on site and are most often available if you need anything.
