I live on Quadra Island, in an area of remarkable natural forest and ocean beauty here in British Columbia, between Vancouver Island and the Canadian mainland. I love bicycling, kayaking, camping, and visiting friends. I do a lot of volunteer work locally, as a Board member of Servas Canada--a organization promoting peace through intercultural exchange and dialogue--and as one of Servas International's five reps to the United Nations in New York.
