Partnered to Jonathan, we find ourselves to have been born in the same year, so it is important (for me) that he is the older one :-) . We live in semi-rural area, north of London with as much garden as one would want, with our great siamese cat Jasper. He is really more like a dog and as noisy.
Along with looking after the garden, our lives include classical music, particularly opera, rugby, history, politics, theatre, mountaineering/walking and generally getting outdoors and enjoying cocktail hour which might be anything from a sherry, G&T and some lovely wine. Equally happy with a book and a film of an evening, or messing about with old cars.
