Originally from Seattle, went to college in Western Massachusetts, and spent a few years each in Boston and NYC, and 10 years in Oakland/SF, before relocating back to Seattle this year. Was in nonprofit fundraising for 15+ years, and just left the field—wanting more direct community engagement—and now lead programs & policy research for a queer community-building & advocacy nonprofit in Seattle.
