I am a 52 Year old, responsible home owner. I work for the State of Calif. with over 30 years of State Service. I'm Originally from the Upstate NY area and have been a resident of Calif since 1985.
I have always been an outside type of person, whether its, jogging, walking, hiking, driving, biking - also enjoy being around water and in water, boating or swimming.
I like to be healthy, eat healthy and exercise.
I really enjoy traveling within the US and also out of the country - been to Europe several times, and really enjoy it.
My 50 th birthday I planned a trip for a total of 7 people (myself and 6 friends) to go to Italy, spent 6 days in Cortona in a very nice Villa and then 7 days to Rome, in a good size apartment, which was located about a block from the Spanish Steps.
My 50 th Birthday - I will never forget !
I enjoy having people visit my home from the ******** community. I enjoy meeting my guests and really learning more about you and where you're from - local or out of country, and learning about different cultures.
I do realize that some people enjoy arriving and then maybe starting your,
"Get Away," without socializing a lot with the home owner (myself) - so I will follow your lead - your here to enjoy yourself (s), so I want you to feel as comfortable as possible ! I am comfortable in just doing a " Meet and Greet," and let you "Loose."
I enjoy helping you make your itinerary/plans before you arrive or during your visit.
I work hard to maintain my residence and make it my peaceful area/atmosphere. A nice peaceful evening in the back yard, maybe having a nice glass of red wine and looking up at the stars.
You will feel it also if you decide to stay here.
