Hey there! My name is Genesis and I am the host/owner of Tres Palmas Vacations. In 2018 I moved to St. Pete from Orlando to attend college at Eckerd. Once I graduated I began to pursue a career in Real Estate Marketing at Engel & Voelkers St. Pete. After about one year I decided the 9 to 5 lifestyle was not for me so I became a licensed Realtor for the same brokerage with a goal of eventually owning and investing in real estate, not just selling it.
Casa Palma Cottage was actually the first home I had ever sold, and 6 months later I purchased it from my client as an investment when she was offered her dream job out of state!
I love meeting people from different parts of the world and I look forward to connecting with you as a host or traveler. I will do my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
