It’s laid out so that all of the downstairs has a view of the ocean. Walking in the front door, the gleaming, fully equipped kitchen is to your right, a dining area and bathroom beyond that, and then the spacious living room — all aligned toward the beach. Outside the glass doors is a covered terrace with plush patio furniture.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms and two baths, with an ocean-facing master bedroom that has a furnished, covered balcony. The other bedroom also has its own bathroom, with a window facing the mountains.
The living room is elaborately furnished and beautifully decorated, with a widescreen TV. A golden chandelier dangles above the round wooden dining table, which seats six.
The unit is fully air-conditioned and equipped with multiple ceiling fans, and it has its own washer and dryer. The Palms offers a fitness center, gated parking and 24-hour security.

What’s near Palms 10, Flamingo

Sure, it will be hard to leave this place, but when you do, you’ll find that every adventure imaginable awaits. Flamingo is currently building a world-class marina, and it’s long been a launching point for fishing, diving, snorkeling and sunset cruises.
A bit further afield, you can go ziplining, mountain biking and birdwatching, or visit an animal rescue center with jaguars, monkeys and sloths. The renowned Rincón de la Vieja Volcano National Park, known for thermal activity and hot springs, is a day trip away.

The Palms Private Residences are located at the far southern end of the dazzling Playa Flamingo, on a delightful and remote beach. Gorgeous swimming pools, palm trees, manicured grass and flower gardens begin at the very edge of the tide line. All tenants here have a front-row seat 24/7 to the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, with interior furnishings and finishings that are second to none.

Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo.
Flamingo is home to a wide array of stunning homes and vacation rentals, as well as humbler lodging options, and it has restaurants, grocery stores, banks and other conveniences.
A brand-new, state-of-the-art marina opened to the public in 2022, with slips for yachts and fishing boats, condos for rent and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Other major developments here include the 360 Splendor del Pacifico luxury condominiums on top of the North Ridge, the Margaritaville Beach Resort, and the upscale Mar Vista housing development, where there’s an excellent private school called La Paz.
Good restaurants in town include the Coco Loco, a beachfront eatery known for its coconut drinks and standout cuisine; Marie’s, a reliable standard with a long and enticing menu; Angelina’s, featuring fine Italian dining in an elegant environment; and several options at the Margaritaville, including the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill.
Flamingo was largely developed by foreigners, and it lacks the traditional Costa Rican downtown with a soccer field plaza, church and school. The heart of town is an upscale commercial plaza with stone steps, fountains, restaurants and shops. Farther away on the road to Brasilito, you’ll find smaller restaurants, hotels, banks, hardware stores and the Super Massai grocery store.
Flamingo is more or less the centerpiece of a beautiful coastline stretching from the Reserva Conchal resort in the south to the Las Catalinas resort in the north, with the more traditional Costa Rican towns of Brasilito and Potrero in between. Flamingo is within easy striking distance of several beaches, including Conchal, Flamingo, Potrero, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azucar and Danta.
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
