Situated in a tranquil area, guests will have exclusive access to the lower floor of the villa, while the upper floor will be unoccupied during your stay. Rest assured, the owners will not be present, granting you complete privacy.
Inside, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature double mattresses, perfect for couples, while the third bedroom offers a cozy bunk bed arrangement.
Upon entering, you'll notice a convenient ramp that can accommodate up to three cars, making parking a breeze. From the ramp, step onto the terrace of the lower floor, your gateway to relaxation.

The villa boasts an open kitchen that seamlessly connects to the living room, providing a spacious and sociable environment. The living room offers captivating views of the terrace, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty of the surroundings.
The two double bedrooms are connected by an ensuite bathroom, complete with two sinks, a bathtub, bidet, and a shower. This setup ensures convenience and comfort for all guests.

Mandatory extra expenses to pay / pay to the local service provider depending on the occupation and actual use
- Deposit (hold amount).
- Tourist tax (€1/adult/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Optional additional services
- Baby cot → €20 per stay

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.

Cancellation and collection policy

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
