The house boasts three bedrooms on the upper floor, accommodating up to six guests. Two of the bedrooms feature comfortable double mattresses, while the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. One of the double bedrooms also offers the luxury of a private balcony, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing breeze and beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there's a bathroom with a bathtub and an air conditioning unit in the hallway, ensuring your comfort during your stay.

For added convenience, there is another bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor, just as you enter the house. Both levels of the property are equipped with air conditioning units, and fans are provided in each section to keep you cool during warmer days.

Empuriabrava is the exclusive residential marina in the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries. Located on the shores of the Bay of Roses and in the heart of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, it is one of the most beautiful marine areas in the world. Genuine for its unique design in Europe, it has more than 25 kms. of navigable channels, thus becoming the dream of any lover of the sea and water sports. The marina has more than 5,000 moorings, most of them with direct access to the residences and the most protected port on the entire Mediterranean coast. It also has an aerodrome, offering the possibility of reaching Empuriabrava by land, sea and air.

Empuriabrava has three different beaches that extend 7 km. Sandy, wide and long water, shallow, ideal for family enjoyment and water sports. Documents to sign/fill out once the reservation is confirmed:
- Temporary rental contract.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be digitally signed/filled out.

Cancellation and collection policy

- When making your reservation you will be charged €3 to check the card and cover management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not cancelled, these €3 will become part of the total payment for the reservation. If you cancel before the 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration fee.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to your registration.
7 days before your registration, you will be charged the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation. If you cancel during a period between 7 days and the same day of registration, you will not be refunded the full value of the reservation.
