Acerca del alojamiento

Imposing, spacious and luxurious property located in the luxurious urbanization of Palau Saverdera, El Mas Isaac. In it you will find all the facilities you need to enjoy a quiet holiday in one of the most touristic areas of the Costa Brava.

You will be isolated from the tourist frenzy, but at the same time you will see that it is very close to the residential centers where there is more movement and life!
Spacious, luxurious and recently renovated property, located in one of the best luxury urbanizations in the area, where you can enjoy the advantages that this entails; garden, pool and tranquility. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and its maximum occupancy is 10 people.

Upon arriving at the property, you will have to open the gate manually to park the car inside the house exterior parking. There is enough space to park more than 2 cars.

The villa has two completely independent floors. To access the upper one, you can do it from both sides of the property. In it you will find a spacious living room with a sofa, television, air conditioning and an open kitchen with a central bar and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and enough utensils for all guests. Just behind the kitchen there is another room with a table big enough for 10 people.
On this same floor there are also two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both have air conditioning and one of the two is en-suite, that is, it has a complete private bathroom.
This first floor has a spacious terrace with a very good quality gas barbecue and views of the spectacular Gulf of Roses and the beginning of the Pyrenees.

On the lower floor you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms along with the two bathrooms. The first room is divided into two parts. Upon entering from the garden, you will see a very large space which has a first room with a double bed, and next to it, another closed room with two single beds. This room is specially made for those parents with small kids that prefer sleeping near them. It also has air conditioning as well as a complete private bathroom.

The second room, accessible from the first room on the lower floor but also from the garden, is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and a complete private bathroom.

At the same level as the lower floor, you will find the swimming pool. A completely private pool, with an outdoor shower and next to it a small room with a washing machine.

The entire property has been recently renovated, therefore the quality of the content is of a very high quality.
Can Isaac is a luxury urbanization located in Palau Saverdera. A quiet neighborhood with little crowd. One of the most distinctive aspects of this urbanization is the Neolithic settlement and several dolmens that were discovered at the end of the 80s. Today you can visit this piece of history, enjoying a walk, without using the car and without leaving the urbanization.

Palau - Saverdera is a town of no more than 1,500 inhabitants in the Alt Empordà region, located at the foot of the southern slopes of the Sierra Verdera and bordering Roses, Port de la Selva, La Selva de Mar, Pau and Castelló d 'Empuries.

Much of the town is located within the natural parks of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls del'Empordà. In addition, there are various natural areas protected by the Xarxa Natura 2000.

You can access the town from the same urbanization, and there you can find basic services (town supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, etc).
Palau - Saverdera is full of history, we mention some of the obligatory stops that you have to make if you want to spend a quiet afternoon walking through the town.

On the one hand, among the most outstanding places, we find the “Torre del Rellotge” (Clock Tower) or Torre Cantonera, a building about 14 meters high that was built in isolation to later be annexed to the Vilamarí Castle (15th century). ).
As in most towns, churches form a fundamental part of their history, Palau - Saverdera is no less. In fact, considered one of the first Empordà temples of worship, the church of San Juan dates back to the beginning of the 11th century (1070) and is characterized by its Romanesque-style architecture.

If you look up, in the Sierra de Verdera, you will find the Hermitage of Sant Onofre. For lovers of hiking there are several routes that lead to it (1 hour), but if you want to continue walking and discovering, we recommend you go to the beautiful Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, located on the other side of the Sierra (also you can reach it by car).

Finally, your tour can end at "El Balcó de l'Empordà", a beautiful viewpoint that covers the entire plain of l'Empordà, but the views definitely improve if the sunset accompanies them, don't miss it!

Another of the attractions of this town is its location, since it is magnificent to be able to discover the Costa Brava without suffering the stress of the coastal towns, since it is 5 kilometers from the beaches of Roses and 19 kilometers from the capital of the region, Figueres.

The capital is ideal if you want to go shopping or make a visit to learn more about the culture of this beautiful land. There you will find a variety of shops and restaurants to spend a good day, but what characterizes Figueres is the museum of the painter Salvador Dalí, a large part of his works are found there.

Apart from the art museum, Dalí had a house, now adapted for visitors and located in the coastal town of Cadaqués, one of the last towns in the “Alt Empordà” and nestled in the valleys of the Sierra Verdera, truly spectacular.

Last but not least, Rosas, a fishing village known not only for its paradisiacal beaches and coves such as: Cala Montjoi, Cala Murtra, Cala Rustella and Cala Jòncols; but also for a very good quality restoration. Some of the restaurants that we recommend the most are: SUMAC, Croaks, Marechiaro, Gozos Mundanos Bistró and Pata Negra.
Cancellation and collection policy

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
