Discover an expansive property (1,099 m2 plot) in one of the most prestigious urbanizations, offering a garden, swimming pool, and serene ambiance.

The villa boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all conveniently located on a single floor. Upon entering through the main door, you'll be greeted by a soaring 5-meter high ceiling in the dining room, showcasing breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Roses and the entire Empordà region. The spacious 65 m2 room features an open layout, with a generously-sized kitchen separated by a dining table accommodating 10 people. A door from the kitchen leads to a charming breakfast terrace with an 8-person table, providing a shaded area for summer months.

From the living room and kitchen, access the expansive south-facing main terrace, bathing in sunlight throughout the day and offering remarkable views. This terrace features another 8-person table and a gas barbecue. The pool area offers 10 sun loungers and two parasols for ultimate relaxation.

The impressive saltwater pool spans 11 meters by 5 meters, with depths ranging from 1.1 to 1.9 meters. A solar shower is available, providing hot water for refreshing showers.

Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. Two bedrooms are positioned on the south side, boasting terraces and spectacular views. One south-facing room (11.30 m2) features a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and an ensuite bathroom (4.6 m2). The other south-facing room (12 m2) offers a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed. The remaining two bedrooms measure 8.5 m2 and 12 m2, both furnished with mattresses sized at 190 cm x 200 cm. Two additional bathrooms are available, one measuring 6m2 with a bathtub and the other measuring 5.7m2 with a shower.

Today, you can explore this historic treasure on foot, without the need for a car, within the confines of the urbanization itself.

Palau-Saverdera, a town with a population of approximately 1,500 inhabitants in the Alt Empordà region, nestles at the base of the picturesque Sierra Verdera. A significant portion of the town lies within the scenic natural parks of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, offering numerous hiking trails.

Basic amenities, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and hairdressers, can be found in the town, accessible directly from the urbanization. Palau-Saverdera is steeped in history, and we recommend visiting some noteworthy landmarks during a leisurely afternoon stroll through the town.

Direct your gaze upward, and amidst the heart of Sierra de Verdera, you will discover the Sant Onofre Hermitage. Hiking enthusiasts can embark on several routes leading to this serene sanctuary (approximately one hour). For those seeking further exploration, we recommend visiting the enchanting Sant Pere de Rodes Monastery, located on the other side of the Sierra Verdera (accessible by car as well).

Conclude your journey at "El Balcó de l'Empordà," a breathtaking viewpoint that offers panoramic vistas of the entire l'Empordà plain. The experience is particularly magical during sunset—a sight not to be missed.

One of the town's attractions lies in its location. Palau-Saverdera provides an ideal base to explore the Costa Brava without the hustle and bustle of coastal towns. It is conveniently situated only 5 kilometers from the pristine beaches of Roses and a mere 19 kilometers from the regional capital, Figueres.

Cancellation and collection policy

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
