This two-storey character home has plenty of space for families that want to spend time together in Taupō. With multiple sleeping and lounge rooms, it is excellent value for money for large families. It has a BBQ, a hot tub and eight beds sleeping up to 14 and is only a 4-5 minute drive to town or the lake.
The upper level of this house has two bedrooms, both with a king bed and both rooms have panoramic lake views.
There is a modern bathroom with shower and bath. Beside this is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for the family. Next to this is a dining room and a spacious lounge, complete with a Smart TV.
Downstairs are two more bedrooms; one with two single beds and a bunk to sleep four in total. The other room has a king bed with a bunk to also sleep four. Beside these is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is also a sofa bed that sleeps two, bringing the total number this house can sleep to 14. There is a second lounge downstairs with a Smart TV.
There is a heat pump in the dining area and a second one in the upstairs hallway. There are also panel heaters in all the bedrooms.
There is a double garage with room for another two cars outside. In the garden area is a nice outdoor eating space and spa pool available for guests to use unless it is down for maintenance or refilling.
Given the proximity to the neighbours, the spa can only be used before 9pm. Maintenance between bookings may mean the spa is not always available, or at optimal temperature, by check in time. We will do our best to have this ready for each booking but it cannot always be guaranteed.
There is a barbecue for you to use. This is offered 'as is', as it is not a part of our cleaner's schedule. Please ensure you clean it after use so it can be used by the next guest.

This house is a quick walk to a dairy, a ‘fish & chip’ shop and a liquor store. If you continue to the bottom of the hill, you will find the popular ‘Two Mile Bay Sailing Club’ where you can enjoy a drink or one of their fabulous woodfire pizzas.
From there you can continue on the Great Lake Pathway to walk into town with coffee and ice cream stalls along the way.
