The house has four bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of eight guests. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite. The second and third rooms also have queen beds, and the fourth room has both a single and king-single bed.

There is a full kitchen, laundry, all amenities, Wi-Fi, and all you need for a comfortable stay. There is ample off-street parking as well as a double garage to store your car.
Check-in instructions will be sent to your message thread three days before your check-in date.
The property is located in a recent development area, surrounded by family homes. It is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

The house is a short drive to local shops, DeBretts Spa Resort and the Botanical Gardens. Drive down the hill and you will arrive at the lake.

This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resource is required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than ********, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $350.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
