La Casita Costa Brava, Pau

A very quiet place located in the Alt Empordà wine region. La Casita is located behind the main house where the owners live, the only neighbours you will have.
The price includes free outdoor parking, WIFI and linen.
It consists of a spacious open living room / kitchen with air conditioning, a bedroom with a king bed that opens onto a small terrace, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub / shower. The exterior has a patio with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. The casita is located on the outskirts of the town of Pau, in the middle of a rural field with very easy access and very well connected.

We are 300 m from the town of Pau, famous for its olive oil and wine, on the edge of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, one of the great bird watching areas in Europe, just 10 minutes’ drive from the beach of Roses and 15 minutes from Figueres, where you will find the famous Dalí museum and many shops. The Alberes Mountains are on your doorstep, making it also ideal for mountain biking and hiking with many marked trails. There is a small shop in the village and the local wine cooperative sells wine, olive oil, cheeses, and other local products. There are a couple of bars / cafes that serve food and many others in the surrounding area.
We recommend that guests have personal transportation to get around.

Documents to sign/fill in once the reservation is confirmed:
- Rental agreement.
- Declaration of minors (if any).
- Registration to the police website (Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015).

All these documents will be signed/filled digitally.

Cancellation and collection policy

When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
