Our over 60sqm one bedroom apartment is not those 1 bedroom apartment you would find in Melbourne CBD. Our apartment is perfect for you if you love plenty of space and want to be in a central location. Located within free tram zone. 1 min walk to Emporium Shopping Centre, 3 min walk to Melbourne Central Train Station, guests can easily take tram for free to explore the city or have a short walk to famous tourist attractions such as Queen Victoria Market, Chinatown and Yarra River.

With fast WIFI & Netflix, you can choose to stay in & watch a movie & enjoy our welcome bottle of wine. Our Netflix has been set up separately for both Adults and Kids. There is everything you need available from a fully stocked kitchen to guest amenities & linen & towels & amazing city view.
Our 1 bedroom apartment is over 60 square meters (in Melbourne CBD it is about typical size of a 2 bedroom apartment). It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, with two large queen sized sofa beds in the living room and one single sized sofa bed in the bedroom along with the queen size bed for large group and family.

Our clothes dryer is not a tumble dryer, you just need to hang your clothes in the dryer the hot air will help them to dry; which is very good for those dresses that can not be put in the traditional tumble dryer.

There is a heated indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and BBQ area on the top level that guest can access and use.

The location of this apartment is within free tram zone, which means guests can board and ride trams for free. If guests need to travel outside of the free tram zone, they can purchase a Myki card from train stations office or 7 Eleven. The large gas burner at back of the stove needs to be lighten manually with a gas match. Turn the gas dial to medium, then ignite the gas match or a lighter. Hold the match or lighter close to the center of the burner, then wait 3-5 seconds until the burner ignites.

1) insert the power plug into the power socket;
2) Hang the individual pieces of garments in the dryer;
3) Zip up the dryer
4) Rotate knob clockwise to set a time to start the drying process;
