We have been together for 40 years since meeting at hotel school in UK. Ian has just retired after a successful career in hospitality in London. Hugh retired 7 years ago following a successful career as board director in the NHS in London.
We both have a passion for food, wine and entertaining. We've travelled a lot and search out good restaurants where ever we go ! We have used our experience travelling and staying in good hotels to influence the restoration of the property. We love art, music, politics and have a wide circle of friends widely spread in Europe and USA.
We Love the peace and tranquillity of life in the Dordogne and love to share that passion with friends and guests.
