This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. All check-ins after 19:00 on the date of arrival has to be confirmed with the property beforehand. Check-in after this time cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed by the property.
