Tout est tres bien organisé, le logement est petit et fonctionnel, parfaitement placé avec une boite à clés pour arriver à toute heure. Le service d assistance est disponible par telephone et un code promo permet de trouver des bagagerie aux alentours.

Important information

Please inform Golden Square in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment will make contact near to the arrival date by email, phone or text message to give clear check-in instructions. Guests are kindly asked to be responsive to messages to ensure check-in is quick and easy. Guests are not permitted to host any parties in the property. As the property is in a residential area please do not cause noise disturbance and respect the neighbours. Please note the lead guest must be 30 years and older. Guests will be charged GBP 250 if guests are found to be smoking in the rooms. The property is strictly non-smoking throughout. Guests must provide the payment card and ID matching the name on the card prior to arrival. Guests are advised that the same card that was used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. Guests must also produce ID that matches the name on the payment card. Please note there may be ongoing works occurring in building.
