About the Place

Lamington Serviced Apartments are set over many beautiful Victorian buildings in the quaint, tree lined Brackenbury Village of Hammersmith and Brook Green. Offering modern interiors, with fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas. All apartments include a flat-screen TVs. Full cooking facilities including oven, microwave and hob in the kitchens, with a washing dryer and dining area. A dishwasher is available in some of the apartments and some of the larger apartments include private gardens or terraces. Lamington – Hammersmith Serviced Apartments enjoy a quiet location within a short walk of live music entertainment venues and fashionable pubs. Shepherds Bush Empire, Hammersmith Apollo and Lyric Theatre Hammersmith are about 10 minutes’ walk away. The area boasts tremendous shopping, dining and entertainment attractions. Public transport connections are 5-7 minutes walk from the apartments straight to Central London and Heathrow Airport. Lamington flats are only a 5-minute walk from Hammersmith Tube Station (Piccadilly Line) and Goldhawk Road (Circle Line and Hammersmith and City Line). Both Chiswick and Kensington are within 10 minutes' drive from the property. Please note, we have over 70 apartments within Hammersmith Grove, and the images online are a sample image of the apartment that you may be allocated.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed Configurations: Could guests please specify their desired bed configurations on booking their accommodation. Opening hours and key collection: Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am to 11pm Outside of these hours, our out of hours contact number is 020 3988 0220, and self-service check in is available, and instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. Keys will be given from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Luggage can be stored for arrivals before 16:00 until the apartment is ready. Please note that guests are responsible for keys during their stay, should you be locked out outside of office hours there will be a GBP 50 call-out charge. Please note there is no lift at the property, however a luggage assistance can be provided during office hours. Weekly housekeeping is provided free of charge for bookings over 7 days.
