About the Place

Within easy reach of Bond Street, Soho and Piccadilly, No.5 Maddox Street has a quiet location in stylish Mayfair. The luxury apartments have a private kitchen and sumptuous décor. The boutique Maddox Street apartments are uniquely designed. Set in an unmarked townhouse just off Regent Street, the apartments are 150 metres from Oxford Circus Underground Station. A 24-hour concierge service is also available. Each apartment has separate bedrooms and a comfortable lounge with designer furnishings and a flat-screen TV. All boast air conditioning, bamboo flooring, a spacious work station with a cordless telephone and a complimentary smartphone with unlimited internet access and free calls to selected countries. The contemporary kitchens feature full self-catering facilities, and the suites also have a large luxury bathroom. Some suites have decked balconies or open fireplaces, and all feature free WiFi, an iPod docking station and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for £45 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for £54 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartments will apply different cancellation policies for stays of more than 7 nights. The property does not have a lift, and access is via stairs only. Extra beds are available for Deluxe One Bedroom Suites, Two Bedroom Suites and the Three Bedroom Bartlett Suite for GBP 45 extra per night, or at no cost for children under 12. The property requires all guests to show valid id and the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. This property cannot guarantee a specific floor allocation for the apartments prior to arrival as it would be subject to availability
