- Make yourselves comfortable!
- Make sure to grab a key ring with key cards hanging next to the front door. There will be two separate key cards on the keyring. The one labeled River Crossing can be used to enter the front gate, access the pool, and the trash. With this key card, you will no longer need to use the callbox to get through the gate. The card labeled North Tower Pool is for access to the large pool near the entrance of Barefoot Resort, next to The Marina Bar & Grill at Barefoot Resort.
CHECK-OUT:
In order to allow for our cleaning services to do a quick & thorough turnaround for our next guests, we kindly ask that you please do the following before you check-out by 10 am:
- LINENS: Please gather all duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases off the used beds and place them in a pile. Please also put all used towels in this pile.
- TRASH: Please take out any trash and recycling, including from the bathrooms. Dumpster is gated off and is located next to the River Crossing Entrance. Use the keycard to open the gate and dispose of your trash in the dumpster. DO NOT Leave trash on the ground or outside of the gate. While inside the dumpster area, press the button behind you to unlock the gate to exit.
- DISHES: Please load & start the dishwasher before leaving. Wash any excess dishes that did not fit in the dishwasher and leave them out to dry or put back in the cupboard.
- LOCKS: Ensure that the sliding glass door is closed & locked. Be sure to lock the main entrance door after you leave.
- BEACH ITEMS: Please return any beach/pool items back to the closet on the back porch.
- KEYRINGS: Please return keyrings with the keycards back to the hooks you found them on. There will be a $100 fee for any keycards lost.
