Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are following updated cleaning protocols to ensure guest safety. The beaches and amenities are open as well as local restaurants and attractions under their designated business guidelines. We do request you follow social distancing guidelines to ensure your safety and the safety of others during your stay.

The cleaner inspects the condo before each person checks in and at check out. Any damage is noted and reported back to the owner if found. If you find any damage, you must contact me immediately so it can be noted and addressed to prevent a damage claim from being filed on the incorrect guest.
Check-in time is 3 pm EST, and Check out is 11 am EST; please be mindful of these times. If you require a late check-out, please message through your booking platform or ******** There is a fee of $75.00 for a late check-out. Guest Responsibilities
• Large gatherings, events, and parties are not permitted.
• Amplified music is not allowed outside of the condo.
• Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
• No parties of any kind, this could result in legal action and removal from the property.
• No Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs anywhere on the property
• Trash disposal is on P1 of the parking garage; guests are asked to dispose of any trash during their stay or upon leaving from their trip.
• No pets of any kind (excluding service animals)
• Occupancy not to exceed 6 people in total; while visitors are allowed, please be mindful of the total people. Beyond 6 people could create noise levels like a party or large gathering, which is not permitted.
• The home must not be used for any illegal purposes, and all guests must conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of their condos.
To protect guests and neighbors, we use smart home technology to measure volume levels in the condo. This technology allows me to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. However, this smart home technology only monitors how loud it is; there is no audio monitoring beyond how loud or soft the noise level is in the condo. This device’s purpose is to detect parties or high noise levels that would indicate an issue. I use this to prevent calls from neighbors or authorities due to a guest having a party or playing music too loud.
Any smoking, vaping, or use of any electronic cigarette is not permitted in the condo at any time. If any smoking has taken place in the condo, an additional deep cleaning charge may be assessed.
