- CHECK IN
Check in is from 15:00 hours. If you need to check in earlier, you can request an early check-in (subject to availability) with a cost of $450 MXN. Early check-in is available from noon and will only be valid once confirmed by the lodge.
- PARKING
Parking is available inside the lodge. Payment is per night in ********, depending on the type of vehicle. We do NOT offer valet parking.
- VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Only people previously registered in the reservation will be allowed access (maximum 2 guests).
- AUTHORIZED AREAS
Access is only allowed to the Lobby (first floor), LOFT 1 (I) and Roof Garden (D). The terrace is an area shared with other guests, the hours of use are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, so no meetings or events are allowed.
- QUIET HOURS
Please maintain silence from 22:00 to 07:00 hours to respect the rest and stay of other guests. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a reprimand or the reservation of the right of admission, depending on the seriousness of the problem.
