Family apartment in Torre del Mar, very close to the beach and the tourist area. It is the perfect place for a summer vacation with family, friends or to spend a quiet time out of season where you can rest and disconnect from the routine.
Our Aury apartment is the perfect place in Torre del Mar, cozy and comfortable, located in an apartment building with an elevator, its standard capacity is for 4 people distributed in two double rooms: one room with a double bed and another room with two beds individual. In addition, two more people can be accommodated, up to 6 people can be accommodated using the double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, and are perfect for serving guests. The kitchen is independent, equipped, with everything you need to cook and prepare delicious dishes during the holidays.
The bathroom, equipped with a new and large shower, is ideal for taking a shower after the beach and for storing all hygiene items for up to 6 people.

The living room is very spacious and bright, a lot of light comes in through the windows, and it is a very pleasant space, the living room area with the large sofa is perfect for resting. watch TV, have a sit-down meal and have a chat with all the guests enjoying good times together.

There is also a dining area with a table and chairs for everyone. The living room has access to a small terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for having a good wine or having breakfast.

We do not accept guests coming to celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as making noise at night.
Failure to respect our rules will result in eviction from the apartment and loss of the security deposit.
We are committed to quality tourism.
The apartment is located in a residential building.
Entry is via a smart lock, the guest will open the apartment with a mobile phone. We do not use traditional keys for the greater security of our clients.

Torre del Mar lies a little over 38km from Malaga, the provincial capital. From the Malaga Airport, you’ll need approximately 43 minutes via the Autovia del Mediterraneo or A-7 to reach the center of town.

Torre del Mar and its neighboring communities are gifted with naturally gorgeous beaches. Among them are Playa de Torre del Mar, Playa Naturista Almanat (a nudist beach), and Playa de la Victoria. Aside from the beaches, you can also have some fun with the whole family in the largest water park in the Axarquia region - the Aqua Velis Water Park.

Separating the populated area from the long sandy beaches and fronting the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, is an extensive promenade, which is divided into two: the Paseo Maritimo de Poniente and the Paseo Maritimo de Levante.

Torre del Mar is only some 5km from the inland market city of Velez-Malaga, the capital of the Axarquia region. There you’ll find tourist spots like: Palacio del Marques de Beniel, Casa Cervantes, and Camarin de la Virgen de la Piedad. You might also want to check out fresh fruits, vegetables, and other farm products in their weekly market, which is held every Thursday.

The culture in Torre del Mar, like in all Spanish towns, is significantly influenced by Christianity - specifically Roman Catholicism. As a matter of fact, many of the major activities in town are religious in nature. There’s the Fiesta del Carmen, and Romeria de Carbrillas y San Isidro, and Pasion Cofrade, among many others.

During Semana Santa (Holy Week) events like Via Crucis (Way of the Cross), Domingo de Ramos (Palm Sunday), and Domingo de Resurreccion (Easter Sunday) are largely participated in by the entire community.

Most of the restaurants you’ll find here specialize in seafood and Spanish cuisine. There are some establishments that offer British and a few other international dishes as well. While you’re here, we recommend you try the different kinds of tapas offered in nearly all dining places. These are small dishes that usually serve as snacks or appetizers.
Once settled in the town it is easy to walk everywhere, if you are in a hurry, you can get around by car, but it is not necessary to use the car, everything is close and you can move around the town perfectly by car.

It is important to keep in mind that in the months of July and August it is more difficult to park due to the large number of tourists, therefore, everything that can be visited on foot is better and more practical because you may have some problem parking. Car.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is indicated in the advertisement. This deposit must be provided before arrival. To facilitate the management of security deposits, the Owner uses the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows deposits to be made online simply using a credit card number, without impacting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
