This bright and sunny apartment is located on the fifth floor and offers spectacular views. It features a spacious terrace with furniture perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners or relaxing with a glass of wine while taking in the city. Its open layout, with a hallway and shared areas, makes it an ideal space for large groups.

With a capacity to accommodate up to 7 people, the apartment has 3 double bedrooms, all with TVs, spacious wardrobes, and comfortable double beds, providing plenty of light and space. Additionally, there is a small single bedroom for the seventh person. The two bathrooms, designed in a modern style and fully equipped, are new and located in the common areas of the apartment, making them accessible to all guests without favoring any particular one.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. An elegant bar with stools adds a chic touch to the space, while the round table provides the perfect spot for working or enjoying breakfast. The terrace comfortably seats 7 people, making it an ideal place for gatherings or simply relaxing.

At the entrance of the building, there is a ramp accessible for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility. If you need to use it, please notify us in advance so we can arrange an access key for you.

Included Services:

Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper available upon arrival, are provided as a courtesy by the accommodation. Should you require more, it is the guest’s responsibility to replenish them.

IMPORTANT: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, nor do we supply food, as we do not have the necessary permits to do so.

The beds will be made upon your arrival, and two towels per person will be provided: one bath towel and one hand towel.

Late Arrival: No additional charge will apply, as access is self-check-in via an electronic lock.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the listing. This deposit must be paid before arrival. To facilitate the deposit management process, the owner uses the Swikly secure service, which allows the deposit to be made online via a bank card without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or blocking credit cards. To make the security deposit, simply click the Swikly link provided by the owner and follow the instructions. The deposit must be completed at least one month before the start of the stay. Note: This is not a payment, but an authorization for charges in the event of damages. Any banking fees associated with the deposit are the guest's responsibility, and Swikly will charge 1% of the deposit amount at the time of authorization.

Return of the Security Deposit for Damages: If the apartment is found in satisfactory cleaning condition and no damage or missing items are observed during the inventory check at the end of the stay, the guest’s bank details will be deleted within 10 days after check-out. If otherwise, the deposit will be charged by Swikly, after deducting the costs for damages and an additional 5.6% for collection management fees.
