The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. With a capacity for up to 4 people, it has a very comfortable distribution in 3 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and two single rooms). The living room is large, spacious and very sunny, it has access to a balcony with a table and two chairs to rest. or have a tea or a glass of wine, it is a quiet, relaxed area, the view from the balcony is the view of the city.
The kitchen is large and equipped, with everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay. The apartment has a large and spacious bathroom with a closed shower with a screen, several people can be in the bathroom at the same time without disturbing each other.
The washing machine is in the bathroom as there is a small washing area.

The apartment is renovated, it is all new and decorated with modern and quality furniture. The Wifi is quality. It is the perfect place for a vacation, a work stay in Barcelona. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, ******** payments, or the blocking of a credit card. To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. Bank fees for depositing the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest and will be collected by Swikly directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
