About the Place

This cosy two bedroom flat is a spacious property and it is on the lower ground level. The property winds around one level and it exudes elegance, comfort, and warmth. Thoughtfully designed to pair modern style with classic touches, the property is a lovely retreat for guests and visitors seeking a home away from home in the city. This property comfortably sleeps 4 people. A real highlight of the property is the private back garden, a true gem within London. The garden includes a lovely wooden table to sit around for leisurely afternoons, or evenings with your family and friends.
This property has two bedrooms, both fitted with king sized beds. Upon entering the flat, you will find the first bedroom, and just further down the hallway you will enter the vibrant living room, with comfortable seating space, a flat screen TV and a dining table in the corner. The furnishings and the room are tastefully decorated with an eye for subtle sophistication and colour.

The living room sees through to the kitchen, and further down to the end of the flat is the lovely master bedroom. From this bedroom, you will have a lovely back garden view, and the tall glass doors allow for lots of natural light it come into the bedroom. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space for guests. There is one modern bathroom with a shower adjacent to the master bedroom and an additional loo by the front door. This flat also has it's own separate laundry and utility room by the front door.

Every room in the flat reflects lovely attention to detail, with high-quality finishes and a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. From the stylish interiors, to a lovely outside garden, this property is designed for relaxation and enjoyment and is situated in a popular London neighbourhood.

This property is located in the area of West Kilburn. There are many convenient and lovely local attractions that you can visit nearby as well as nice restaurants, local shops, markets and cafes.

Shops and Groceries:
This area is well-served by convenience stores and supermarkets. Clifton Road and Formosa Street are within a 5-10 minute walk, offering boutique shops and markets for everyday needs. Larger grocery stores like Tesco and Sainsbury's Local are also nearby. There is also a big Marks and Spencers located about 8 minutes walk from the property.

Cafes & Restaurants:
Close by, The Cedar, a Lebanese restaurant, is located around 65 Fernhead Road, just a couple of minutes away, offering traditional Lebanese dishes. Additionally, Maida Hill Place Cafe at 2 Fernhead Road is less than 0.2 miles from your location, and it’s known for light bites and coffee. For a cozy café vibe, The Breeze Cafe at 73 Fernhead Road is about a 5-minute walk away.

If you would like to explore a little further into the Maida Vale neighbourhood, you will find that there is a variety of dining spots within very reasonable distance. Highly rated options include The Elgin Maida Vale (0.2 miles), a British gastropub; Sushi Murasaki (0.2 miles), a Japanese restaurant; and Le Cochonnet (0.2 miles), known for Italian pizza.

The area is also located nearby to Little Venice, a unique and lovely canal-side neighbourhood. It features boat rides, the Canal Café Theatre, and the Puppet Theatre Barge, a charming venue on a floating canal boat. For sports enthusiasts, Lord’s Cricket Ground is also nearby, offering tours and a cricket museum. Regent's Canal, which runs from Little Venice to Camden, is another scenic route for walking or cycling. Little Venice’s canal-side cafes, such as The Waterway and The Summerhouse, are also within walking distance, ideal for brunch or dining by the water.

Westbourne Park Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) is also nearby, around a 15-minute walk, offering direct access to Paddington, King’s Cross, and Liverpool Street​.

Buses:
Local buses 18, 28, 31, and 328 serve routes through west and central London. The 18 and 36 lines pass through Portnall Road, connecting quickly to Paddington, Oxford Circus, and Victoria. For night travel, services like N18 and N28 operate on similar routes​.

Cycling and Walking:
Queen’s Park and Maida Vale are walkable and bike-friendly, with easy access to the Regent’s Canal path, which leads to Camden and Little Venice. Local bike-sharing stations are accessible if you’re looking to cycle around the area.
Popular Destinations:

From Queen's Park Station on the Bakerloo Line, it takes about 15 minutes to reach Oxford Circus, and 20 minutes to Piccadilly Circus. The Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines from Westbourne Park provide direct connections into the City and East London​.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
