The same bed can accommodate up to 2-3 people in the floor and 2 more the couch. The kitchen is when you enter the house and there are doors everywhere. There are 2 extra doors around the bathroom too. Everything locks and its surprisingly soundproof to the other rooms of the house (because of the doors).
There are smoke alarms and carbon monoxide ones in all rooms.
If you used any smoke and it star alarming there is a police fine of 100 euro that I will ask you to pay.

I am a musician so you can use the paino, guitar, ukalele, harmonica, kazoos, cajon etc in the non-quiet hours (neighbours). Damages to the instruments also cost. The place is quite cozy and there are switches and sockets everywhere.
For smokers, even vapers, there is a big garden yard. For parking, i am in the blue zone- search the parking system of the city if you need to.
Sorry, no pets. I have pillow pets to keep you company instead, as I love animals too.
