The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay, bed of 150 cm, closet, bedside tables, etc..
In the apartment is 70 square meters, I live alone, so you will share the common areas of the apartment with me, bathroom, large kitchenette, living room and back balcony. For security reasons there is a single surveillance camera that focuses on the hallway at the entrance to the apartment. Consider that it is the gay area with which the commercial movement, and recreation in the surroundings is quite important, so it is a fairly busy area, this however does not affect the rest to be an interior floor. The building is familiar and quite quiet, there is no problem with activities inside the accommodation, as long as you take precautions and do not disrupt the peace and quiet of the neighbors.
Note: Important to take into account the tourist tax, from April 2024; for the municipality of Barcelona this tax carries a surcharge from the city council of Barcelona and its collection is the responsibility of the tourist accommodation (hotel, hostel, housing for tourist use, etc.) and subsequently settled by this to the local tax agency.
