The Tulip Tree is a part of Westlake Cottage Resort. This resort consists of 12 cottages that can all be rented together for larger groups. These cottages share the waterfront and all have access to 2 docks (up to 20ft boats-ask if docking possible). The waterfront is about 500 metres from the house down the West Lake cottages driveway, has walk in access, boat launch and a mix of rocks and sand. Water shoes are recommended.

The back yard is not fenced and is shared with the Highway House although it is big and has lots of room for everyone. The waterfront is shared with all 12 units at West Lake Cottages.
