We want to make sure you have a relaxing and luxurious experience at our retreat in the beautiful Hollywood Hills. Just a few things to keep in mind:
We kindly ask that our home not be used for parties, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment. Additionally, we require a separate rental contract and renters must be 30 years or older. We understand pets are family too, so we allow them with prior approval and a pet fee of $200.
If you need to check in early or check out late, we can accommodate for an extra fee of $350. We also offer optional pool heating for a fee of $100 per day (minimum 3 days) or $650.00 per week. For reservations 30 days or longer, the actual cost of utilities will be charged based on meter readings. We will collect a separate utility deposit of $3000 per month on ********, and any need amount will be refunded at the end of your stay based on meter readings.
SECURITY DEVICES - the home has multiple outdoor cameras including a ring camera doorbell on the front door and 4 security cameras on all outdoor corners of the home, including the pool area (pool area camera may be covered if requested in advance of rental). There are no cameras indoors.
MAID SERVICE – Owner’s maid service has a regular cleaning schedule at the home every Tuesday regardless of whether or not guests are staying at the home. Hours may fluctuate from late morning to early evening but always on Tuesday (4 hours included, $35.00 per hour if additional time is requested and paid directly to the maid).
PARKING - There are a total of 3 private parking spots available for guests. One indoor parking spot in the double door garage and 2 additional spots for tandem parking on the driveway in front of both the double and single garage door.
There are several closets and cabinets that are locked and not accessible for guests that contain extra supplies and linens. There are extra towels stocked in each suite and ample pool towels are provided in a large basket adjacent to the dining room.
Important House Rules -
- Please do not sit on the interior furniture straight out of the pool / wearing wet swim attire.
- Los Angeles quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, so please keep the noise down when outdoors by the pool area after 10 pm.
- No glassware around and inside the pool. We supply outdoor plastic cups and plates. You are responsible to remove any toys or other items that fall in the pool prior to your departure.
- Outdoor Pizza Oven is unavailable for guest usage and will be unhooked and covered during guest stay.
- Please keep the lights off outside when not outdoors. All lights interior and exterior except front porch must be turned off when you are not in the property.
- Trash bins are located in front of the gym garage door. Black bins are for trash, Blue bins are recycled items ONLY and Green bin is for our gardener. Trash is picked up on Fridays so please make sure to place the bins at their proper location for pickup.
- Please DO NOT MOVE any furniture in different rooms or places, we just want to be cautions to prevent any injuries to you or damage to the furniture/flooring.
- This property is smoke free. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
