Surrounding Area: A selection of great restaurants, shopping, museums, theme parks, hiking, beaches, tours, comedy clubs, Universal Studios, theaters, TV show tapings with a live audience and more.
Safety: Yes, we are both properly vaccinated against Covid. You must be vaccinated as well.
Animals: We have two small dogs (chihuahua/Dashund foxtail mixes)
Amenities: POOL - Enjoy our in ground pool within a completely private fenced in backyard. - Usually pool water temp makes our season from the end of April thru mid October. We do use a solar blanket. However, you can use the pool in other months if you don't mind it colder. The back yard is completely private and perfect for sunbathing and swimming (nude or not) in our all day sun drenched pool. Please no glass by the pool.

Very important to keep in mind before booking with us is that the pool and pool patio areas are closed for cleaning on Tuesdays from 10am-12pm. Also, we are vaccinated and you must be as well for all of our health.
When leaving the premises……..Very important for all of our safety……
* Be sure that all windows and doors are shut and locked. Especially making sure the butterfly locks and pins are in place. The windows are truly not locked if these have been left open in your room.
* Make sure curtains are shut so no one can see in…... This includes your own room and living room if you are the last one leaving.
* Make sure all appliances are off and these are including but not limited to cooking appliances, cook top, ovens, coffee maker, televisions, washer/dryer, lights, ceiling fans, computers/printers. Heating and AC are on an auto mode so no need to check.
* Make sure your TV, ceiling fan and lights are off before leaving the property.
* TV, Lights and ceiling fans to be turned off when not in use. That goes for all the common areas in the house too.
* No smoking anywhere inside the house……strictly prohibited. And no smoking cigarettes anywhere on the premises. This includes the driveway. This includes guests. If they wish, they can go out to the street to do so. However, we are 420 friendly and you may do so in the backyard areas.
* When using the barbeque, make sure it is turned off after use and cleaned when safe to do so. Once it has cooled down, please replace the cover.
* POOL USE: See Pool rules in the book in your room.
* Please when using TV’s and other noise making devices that they are kept at a reasonable level so as not to disturb the neighbors as we are not a party house. And always turn off when not in use or when leaving the property for any amount of time.
* When using the kitchen, please clean up after yourself so others can readily enjoy the same use. Pans to be washed by hand only and not in dishwasher. We must all be respectful of one another.
* Laundry: Just please be respectful and use in a timely manner so others have access. If you must leave and don’t have time to finish, make sure you leave a laundry basket available for laundry to be placed after it is removed from either machine.
* Please keep your own rooms clean. No dirty dishes or food as we don’t want bugs. You may eat in there, just make sure dishes are taken out and cleaned immediately. No dirty dishes overnight anywhere ever. Again, we don’t want bugs!!!!! Trash and recycling receptacles are right next to your fridge. The steel one is trash and black and gray is recycling.
* If you are entertaining or having people over this is fine but but no more than two as this is not a party home. if you are going to be outside, please keep noise levels to a minimum and the dogs gated on the side kept shut. We will show you the gate when you arrive.
Dogs have own area and a doggy run and safe from the elements for their comfort. There is an LA and Planet fitness near us.
