Welcome to our Spacious Two Bedroom Suite! Indulge in an extraordinary and unforgettable experience as you immerse yourself in the wonders of this newly furnished, spacious 800 square feet, two-bedroom lower ground suite located at the Whalley way. This beautiful home located on the lower ground offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, providing a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Immerse yourself in the array of amenities provided, all meticulously designed to enhance your overall experience and ensure utmost comfort throughout your stay.

1. One week prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.
2. Guests have access to the lower / basement space and will not be going to share this with any other guests.
3. Access to the suite's Instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

1. There are other tenants living on the upper level of the house.
2. There are other tenants living on the other unit on same lower ground suite of the house.
3. The access to the backyard entrance is shared with the lower ground tenants.

The immediate area surrounding the rental property appears to be predominantly a residential neighborhood, composed primarily of single-family detached homes. The homes and streets have a suburban, peaceful ambiance, with well-maintained properties and landscaping. While there are some sidewalks and streets suitable for walking, the area does not seem to have a highly walkable or densely urban layout.

- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
