The nearby Brightline station provides easy access for day trips from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando, making travel seamless and enjoyable during your stay.
Our home is situated in a lively area close to the Miami River, offering easy access to local attractions. Please be aware that the neighborhood is bustling, and you may experience typical urban sounds. Also, while we strive to make our home family-friendly, it is not fully childproofed. We ask that parents supervise their children during the stay.
House Rules and Policies: We have a STRICT no party/event policy to respect our neighbors and comply with CITY ENFORCED noise ordinances. Special events must be discussed and APPROVED well in advance and in writing. Violations WILL RESULT in fines and immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO REFUND and you will be asked to vacate the premises. To keep the home clean and welcoming, pets are not allowed. Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted in the yard if doors/windows are FULLY CLOSED and all smoking buds and trash is disposed of. A deep cleaning fee will apply for smoking odors or failure to follow check-out instructions. Outdoor perimeter security cameras and interior Minut Noise Sensor ensure safety and compliance. The bathrooms have tempered glass shower doors that slide or open, it is VERY IMPORTANT you are mindful of closing and opening and avoiding putting too much weight on the glass handles / towel rack.
