- Please no hair, clothing dye or suntan lotion used inside the condo. Stains will permanently damage the marble flooring and counter tops.
- Please lock bottom of front accordion doors when not in use as they may open with windy conditions and AC will turn off.
- Please use coasters and wipe up spills immediately. Flooring and counters are marble and susceptible to staining. NO SUN TAN SPRAY INSIDE OF THE CONDO! Please use exterior courtyard or terrace.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- All guests must register and show ID upon arrival. ID's must match names on the booking. A checkin form to list all guests will be sent prior to arrival.
