Beautiful 1bd/1ba condo, w/balcony, rooftop pool, Romantic Zone

1. No items, clothing, towels, rugs, etc. are to be hung from terraces, iron protection gates or bars. NO SHOES TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE SUITES IN COMMON HALLWAYS.
2. Personal laundries are not to be hung or laid out in any common area including the pool area. The laundry area located in the Garage and is available to use after 3pm or Sundays all day.
3. Maximum number of guests allowed in 1 bd/ba condo is 4 people.
4. No smoking allowed inside the condos or on the balconies. Designated smoking area is on the pool deck to the southwest corner of the pool.
5. Guests are not allowed to have more than 2 outside guests at any given time onsite.
6. No glassware or bottles of any kind are permitted in or around the pool and pool deck.
7. No sound boxes are to be used on the pool deck, unless all guests on pool deck are asked if it is ok, otherwise headsets only.
8. No excessive noise in suites or terraces after 11:00PM.
9. Guests shall not duplicate keys.
10. No guest or owner or guest of owner shall feed or water any animal in or around Villa Martha. i.e.: stray cats, dogs etc. The reason for this is when you leave there will be no one to feed them and they will likely die!
11. Pool opens at 9:00AM and is closed at 10:00PM. NO NIGHTTIME PARTIES ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK. Must observe all Pool Regulations posted at the pool entrance.
12. No loud music, TVs, parties, or talking that disturbs the tranquility of other owners/guests in the Condominium Building after 11:00PM.
13. No activities such as businesses, drugs, schools, clinics, shops, etc. are allowed in the Condominium Building at any time.
14. Security is everyone’s responsibility, so make sure the front street door and garage door are always kept closed and locked. No propping open doors for your guests.
15. Dispose of Garbage in the designated area outside the Condominium Building on the corner of Olas Altas and Pilitas. No garbage permitted to be stored in the common areas like hallways and garage areas.
16. Any damages to the inside or common areas caused by guests as reported are the responsibility of the guests and payment is expected immediately to make the necessary repairs. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE RULES/REGULATIONS COULD SUBJECT YOU TO EVICTION.
