The condo comes with Wi-Fi and two tv’s (one in bedroom and one in living room) with free cable and access to most streaming channels. The condo has a balcony with two Adirondack style chairs to enjoy and wind down after a long day. The condo has a new central air unit to keep you cool after a day at the beach. There is a downstairs storage unit with beach chairs etc for the guests to use. There is a hot-tub, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool for guests to use. There is also an outdoor grilling are for the guests if you want to grill. The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The condo is centrally located to all major attractions in Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. Short term rentals during the season April-October and long term rentals considered after that.
