Our accommodations are tailored for comfort and relaxation, featuring spacious layouts that include a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, as well as two additional guest bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed. For extra guests, a queen floor mattress is available. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, provides everything needed for culinary adventures, while the washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. Enjoy entertainment on the flat screen TV with cable, stay connected with high-speed internet, and unwind on the oversized balcony or terrace that offers lovely views. Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

There is ample public transport available near this building, but we also recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the city easily.
The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide surface lot parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. Upon payment for parking, our team will send you specific parking instructions.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
