Cotton lake offers a main 4-season cabin (~1900 sq. ft.) with three bedrooms that can sleep 6 and a separate 2-story cottage for Summer and Fall (Casita ~700 sq. ft., please inquire if you are interested; the Casita can sleep up to 4 more people). Additional cost for renting the casita is $79/night/person with a 2 person renting minimum- this will be included in pricing as "Additional guests fee" beyond the 6 people staying in the main cabin. New for 2022 season, both main cabin and casita are now equipped with air conditioning.
Many cozy rooms await. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony that offers an amazing place to enjoy breakfast and watch the sun rise over the Lake. Do not leave food or trash anywhere outside or in your car, except in the lockable trash container under the barn (use only if needed when house trash is full, see Guest Book section "Food Storage and Cooking in the Cabin", otherwise leave trash in house for cleaner to remove at the end of your stay)
No solid food nor any type of grease should go down the drain as this will damage the septic system.
Use water with moderation to preserve the environment, our water comes from a deep well and sewage water goes to a septic system; excess water use will lead to septic tank overflowing in the beautiful environment that surrounds you.
Please use back entrance to enter the Cabin, which has a mudroom and a coat hanger, especially for those rainy / snowy days. While we don't require removing shoes, we would greatly appreciate if you do so as we have hardwood floors throughout the cabin.
No driving beyond the paved driveway in the back of the house, the septic tank/leech field is located in this area.
Do not leave the interior fireplace stove on while unattended, turn it off.
