International travel connections are some of the best you’ll find in London (London St. Pancras International 15 minutes direct, Luton Airport, Direct 24 hours a day 48 minutes, Gatwick can also be reached by train directly, and Heathrow is close by via tube.
You’ll be sure to have a comfortable night’s rest on the kingsize luxury memory foam Otty mattress with pure linen bedsheets, in the cozy yet spacious environment separate from the rest of the flat.
As your live-in host, I’ll be sleeping in the lounge/parlour, we’ll be sharing a bathroom, but I’ll be sure to give you plenty of privacy so you can feel independent and (above all) at home for the duration of your stay. The apartment block is monitored by CCTV but no private areas are surveyed.
The flat isn’t strictly self-catered, however access to my kitchen for food preparation may be possible, along with allocated fridge space should you need it. Tea and coffee making facilities, including a kettle, are available in the room.
On the first night, you are welcome to join me for complimentary cheese and wine in the parlour (not compulsory of course!) which is an opportunity to become acquainted and I’ll share my top London tips and endeavour to answer any questions you might have about our fantastic capital city.
Join me in the kitsch surroundings of the parlour for a varied continental breakfast served on request between 7.45-10am daily during your stay. On certain days, hot breakfast may be available.

My flat is unsuitable for children, so regrettably I cannot permit bookings for any guests under the age of 18. If on arrival I suspect a guest to be a minor I will need to verify the age of said guest before allowing access to the flat via passport or other official photo certification of age/date of birth.
Assistance animals are permitted to join you as part of your stay, provided the relevant documentation stating the animal’s specified purpose are made available prior to your arrival. Subject to agreement, I may also permit one small, clean, well-behaved pet dog to be included in bookings (totally your responsibility while in residence). Please note, however, there is no internal/private access to outdoor space and that any mess or damage caused by an accompanying pet will have to be covered by guests.
Please, no unauthorised visitors or overnight guests are to be admitted - I know your Grindr will be pinging like crazy Mr. Popular, but for fire safety and security reasons I regret I cannot allow visitors other than you to enter the flat. Your hookup will just have to host… sorry
In addition, access is not to be given to any suspicious person trying to enter the lobby or part of the building without their own keys. If you are concerned about anyone having entered the apartment block without permission please let me know immediately.
Activity deemed illegal under English Law is prohibited. It goes without saying guys, but, please don’t break the law in my flat. This includes the possession or taking of illegal substances and narcotics. If I or any concerned party become aware of illegal activity undertaken in the course of your stay within the property it’s a total headache but the matter will have to be referred to the police.
Nudity - I’m very body positive and although I’ll probably not be getting naked myself in your company, I don’t mind what you choose to do - be yourself. Just please be mindful that windows look out onto my neighbour’s property and we don’t want to scandalise them too much.
Please swear on your grandmother’s/cat’s life/grave that you will not loose the keys. I cannot stress how important it is to guard these with your life. If you are worried, or have a track record of misplacing keys, please feel free to leave them at the flat as I will be here all hours during the course of your stay and can let you in.
If you don’t return the keys on departure I will find you and/or haunt you and your descendants until the end of time.
In all seriousness, it may mean I will loose the right to have any future MisterBnb guests if locks have to be replaced following a security breach. The cost implications will also be considerable, which will have to be passed on to the guest responsible for loss.
No naked flames, flammable, or explosive materials, volatile toxic chemicals or any such items which may ignite or cause a fire are permitted in the flat.
