This property is designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team with comfort & luxury in mind. You have a fully equipped with french door fridge, and cabinets filled with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware items you need to make a big family meal. Diners can sit at the dining table or lounge in the living room whilst chatting with the chef of the family thanks to the open concept layout of the 3 spaces! In the living room the guys will love watching the big games on the the huge 75" SMART TV while lounging on the reclining sofas. All 3 bedrooms offer wall mounted flat screen TV's and luxurious comfortable beds. Villa Oceana boasts 2 King bedrooms and 1 Queen bedroom. The home is very well laid out and it's tough to beat the prime location!
STARTER PACKS:
All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the villa's capacity or be under the minimum age requirement of 25 years of age, they may be required to pay for excess guests immediately or (in case of what the villa would label gross misconduct or misrepresentation) be denied the right to stay in the villa altogether without refund.
CANCELLATION NOTE: Please Note there is a cancellation fee of $250 or the Credit card fee whichever is greater when cancellations are made 60 days or more from arrival
