There are several restaurants and pubs/brewerys and attractions closeby in downtown Bennington that are very accepting of LGBTQ and friendly. There is great shopping a half hour away in Manchester VT and so many wonderful attractions in this area. There are a number of museums like Grandma Moses and Robert frost museums and a tour of the Bennington Monument and is very rich in history and culture. There are plenty of Arts and Theater groups and a welcoming UCC church complete with Gay Pastor and open and affirming congregation.

Smoking is permitted outside the house property.
Hot Tub and swimming Pool closes at 10:pm unless with permission by host to be open till 11:pm.
No glass in pool area allowed meaning no beer bottles or drinking glasses allowed outside. We provide plenty of unbreakable cups for you.
Quiet time in the entire house should be 10:pm to 8:am. Excessive 🍹is not tolerated because of liabilities concerning the hot tub and pool.
Check in time is after 3:pm and before 10:pm. Special earlier times for check in may be available if you message me ahead.
Nudity will be allowed inside the premises but not outside if you ask first in case the other guest room is filled and the other guests are not comfortable with it.
