At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, we can set you up with residential parking:
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay (only for reservations 21 days or longer). Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

*** Parking for reservations less than 21 days- Opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.

Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.
BOOKING RULES
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.

Must-Read Before Booking:
*** Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.

*** Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement

NO SMOKING
No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.

CHECK IN
Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.

CHECK OUT
The check-out is 11am.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.

MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.

LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.

PARKING RULES
*** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.

*** PARKING DISCLAIMER:
Please ensure you submit your IDs, car details, and parking receipts by 2 PM, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the administrative office closes at 4:30 PM and is not available on weekends. Any IDs, parking receipts, and car details submitted after administrative hours on the arrival date will require guests to use valet parking at their own discretion until the administrative office opens again as all parking slots are managed by the building.

When you first arrive with your vehicle, proceed to the residents’ parking garage and stop at the ramp. Ring the intercom and let the attendant know that you are a new tenant and that you need to get the parking sticker. They will open the gate and you will then proceed to the P2 level to have your parking sticker installed. Just tell them your name and your unit number. Once the sticker is installed you can park anywhere on the P6 level.

*** RECEIVING PACKAGES:
Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay. To ensure the safety of your package, please ensure that its arrival date falls within the duration of your stay. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after a guest's stay.
Additionally, please be aware that you will need the unit number for the delivery address. For security reasons, this information will only be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

BUILDING RULES
-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.

*** Waivo™ Security Deposit Waiver

If You have purchased a Waivo™ Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

I. AGREEMENT
A. On behalf of Cozy Group South, LLC , the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $5,000.00, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
B. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $5,000.00. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II. EXCLUSIONS
A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:
1. Acts of god
2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
B. This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
C. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
A. Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
B. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual ******** value.
C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
E. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
F. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.
G. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.
IV. DEFINITIONS
You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
