Second floor up from the street in small 7 unit complex. Hard to beat this location for gay activities, especially gay pride week. We do allow two small pets, under 20 lbs with a strict pet policy and extra fee.
There is a king bed in master with ensuite and 2 double beds in second bedroom. Bedrooms are quiet and you should sleep well with our soft linens and comfortable pillows.
Our condo offers modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning in each room. Also a 65" TV with cable and wi-fi, plus back-up wi-fi access. A safe is available for your valuables.
Maid service is provided once a week although you can schedule extra cleanings with our maid, Cynthia.
There is a large patio with palm trees, many plants and dining set. Likely you will spend a lot of time out there! Security cameras on 24/7 plus there are security guards across the street at the hotel.
We are just 2 short blocks from Blue Chairs, Manta Mar and Amapas grocery store, a few blocks from some newer grocery stores. Uber is very reliable and affordable in PV but this area is extremely easy to walk. Costco is a long walk but doable. We recommend an Uber though.
All services (dental, medical, salons, massage, Starbucks, pharmacies, shopping, etc.) Urgent care and 2 hospitals are very close. We don't recommend walking to the hospital though... for obvious reasons!
Basillo Badillo street has many of the best restaurants in town and is within easy walking distance as is the bus to travel north or south. Blondies bar just 2 blocks away. 2 blocks to the pier and the Malecon where you can walk all the way to the central area of town. The Malecon offers lots of shopping and Mexican food favorites to try. There are many street taco stands in the area and the famous Pancho's Tacos a few blocks away.
Los Muertos beach is very popular and considered one of the best/fun beaches in PV, lined with restaurants and bars day and night. You can eat dinner right on the beach at most places.
All beaches in Mexico are considered public so you may take your own chairs and cooler to the beach. We provide beach chairs to use.
All in all, if you are looking for a nice, affordable place in the gay area of town and want the convenience of all the services available nearby then this may be the place for you.
Out of respect for other owners, tenants and neighbors we do have quiet time starting at 10 pm. If you want to party at night, this is not a good fit for you. Also we do not have a pool or view of the ocean and that is reflected in the nightly rates.
